Furniture is given out every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon 1-3 p.m.
All crisis victims have first priority

Household items

Household items are given out every Tuesday and Thursday Afternoons 1-3 p.m.
All Crisis victims are given first Priority. All donations of these items are greatly appreciated especially towels and wash cloths.

Free Haircuts

Haircuts are given Thursday Afternoon 1-3 p.m.

Sundries

MMO gives away sundries to famiies the first week of every month.
These items include soap, shampoo, tooth paste, tooth brushes and other personal hygiene items

MMO Goes to the UW of Bentonville once a week to pick up Paper products, Feminine Hygiene products, dishes, diapers, etc.  Fred Pecher, Fred Morris and Art Martel make than trip weekly.

Diapers

Diapers are distributed to Family Care Services, Birthright, and the Concern Day Care Center as well as MMO clients

Flooded Family picks up Furniture at MMO

Crisis Away

In conjunction with the Red Cross and Salvation Army, MMO sent 3 semi loads of clothing and related items to Katrina Victims in 2005 as well as the counties in Kansas and Oklahoma that experienced flooding in July of 2007

MMO 2007 Crisis Program Statistics

  • 1414 People were helped with Furniture  
  • 1237 People were helped in a crisis situation
  • 15 Fire Victims Families
  • Distributed 84 pallets of diapers
  • 161 free haircuts
  • 372 pallets of items were given away from vendors from the UW of Bentonville valued at $538,150.00
